Return & Refund Policy – Advocate Culture


At Advocate Culture, we value your satisfaction and stand by the quality of our products. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. Eligibility for Returns


Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.


The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.


The original tag must be attached to the t-shirt.


If the tag is removed, returns will not be accepted.



Products with stains, marks, odors, or any signs of wear will not qualify for a return or refund.



2. Change of Mind / Dissatisfaction


If you simply don’t like the product after receiving it, you can return it to us.


Please pack the product securely in its original packaging and send it back.


Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will initiate a full refund to your original payment method.



3. Defective or Incorrect Items


In the rare case that you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.


We will arrange for an exchange or refund, depending on your preference.



4. Non-Returnable Items


Products that have been worn, washed, or altered are not eligible for return.


Sale items, discounted products, or items marked final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.



5. Refund Processing


Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.


Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.



6. Return Shipping


Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product received was damaged or incorrect.


We recommend using a trackable shipping method for safe delivery of your return.
